Sara Savino

Sara accepts BCBS, AETNA, United Healthcare, UMR Surest, VA Community Care, Medcost and Tricare
Sara has over 20 years of clinical experience as both a therapist and director of mental health centers. Sara specializes in couples therapy, trauma, women’s self esteem, and adults. She is dedicated to helping people grow and develop into the best versions of themselves. She has a passion for helping people realize the impact of their past on their lives now. Sara provides therapy to both NC and SC residents. Sara provides supervision to LCMHCA in NC.
Sara is available for virtual and in person appointments. She is part of a blended family raising teenagers and young adults. She enjoys traveling with her husband and is always up for a new food adventure.

Andres accepts BCBS, AETNA, United Healthcare, UMR Surest, VA Community Care, and Medcost. He only does virtual appointments.
Andres is bilingual in English and Spanish and specializes in trauma, PTSD, dissociative disorders, anxiety, grief and depression. He incorporates techniques such as EMDR, hypnotherapy, IFS, and psychodynamic approaches.
Andres is passionate about helping clients find balance and peace in their lives while achieving personal growth.

Rosalee accepts BCBS and AETNA
Rosalee works with individuals, providing therapy for a wide range of emotional, behavioral and relational concerns. She has extensive experience supporting individuals struggling with trauma, substance abuse, family members of those impacted by addiction, and parents seeking to strengthen their relationships with their children and parenting skills. In addition to her work with adults, Rosalee also works with children ages 2-10 providing Child-Centered Play Therapy and facilitates parenting workshops.
Rosalee currently accepts several insurance plans and is available for both in person and virtual appointments. She is the mother of 2 young children and enjoys traveling and new experiences. She is a yoga enthusiast and lover of books!
Luisa Morales

Luisa accepts BCBS and AETNA
Luisa is bilingual in English and Spanish. She specializes in treating teens, adolescents, and adults. Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, acculturation, and life transitions.
Luisa is available for both in person and virtual appointments.
Whitney Turner

Whitney accepts BCBS, AETNA, and United Healthcare
Whitney specializes in treating couples and individuals with a focus on military members and their families. She also focuses on LQBTQIA+ issues, young adults, adolescents and issues related to grief. As a wife of an active-duty military, she is very familiar with the reintegration and struggles military members and their families face.
She is available for in person and virtual appointments. Whitney is a blue belt in jiu jitsu as well as a proud mom of three.
Michelle Hartis

has over 20 years of clinical experience as a therapist and practice manager. She specializes in treating teen girls, adolescents and emerging adults, aging, trauma and grief/loss. She has a passion for helping people realize their most honest self. Michelle provides supervision to LCSWA in NC.
Michelle currently accepts all insurance plans and is available for both in person and virtual appointments. Michelle is part of a blended family raising teenagers who is a Sci Fi nerd and loves to be challenged on Star Wars, Marvel and DC.
Angie Meyers

Angie completes all medical billing and addresses all insurance questions for the practice.
Angie has over 25 years of experience in medical billing and practice management. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and 8 grandkids. She also loves to travel and make pottery.
Geneva Galloway

Geneva manages the office providing assistance with all areas administrative in order to help all clients towards a healthier lifestyle.
Geneva has over 25 years of experience in office and program management in the non-profit sector working in NC, GA and FL. She attended Morgan State University earning her degree in Communications. She is a retired military wife, her husband having served in the Army for over 22 years. In her free time she loves to travel, spend time her family - especially her beautiful granddaughter - and has a favorite hobby of pottery.
