Our Core Values

Be Nice: We believe that by showing kindness to others, they feel more open and trusting. A warm greeting, a smile or  kind word can transform a person’s day. No matter who you are, where you’ve come from, you can always expect us to be kind, thoughtful and approachable.

Be Genuine: We want to meet people where they are, not where we want or expect them to be. When we are real in this way, accepting them as a whole person, people feel they’re being treated with dignity and trust us to handle their experiences and emotions in a judgement free manner.

Be Transparent: We don’t pretend to be people we are not. We are humans, flaws and all, and we bring that to each interaction we have. True honestly on everything from our fees to our treatment plans and expectations is what you can expect from everyone at RSC. We won’t make false promises, we’ll answer your questions and we’ll be open and direct with everyone we meet.

Seek to Educate: We want to help people not only heal, but understand the why behind their emotions and behaviors. We believe that through education, we help give them the knowledge they need to see themselves as people with treatable issues instead of being defined by those issues. We also consistently persue higher education for ourselves in order to have the best tools possible to serve others.

Act with Integrity: We recognize that what we do and how we act is a direct reflection on our practice. We aim for our patients and community to have absolute confidence in us and our skills, so if we say we can do something, can can and we will. You can trust everyone at RSC to act with professionalism, honoring the code of ethics we agreed to when we became therapists.

Mental Health Equality: We believe the every single person deserves mental health treatment. We opened our practice to serve and heal, not make money, and it’s this mindset that drives us to reach out to all people, all communities and all walks of life.

Are you ready to help yourself heal?
